Martino Realty is always seeking enthusiastic agents to join our award winning sales team. New agents will receive hands on, in-house training from veterans in the profession, and full support from our full time Marketing and Administration team.
Our meticulously designed in-house training program will teach you the skills necessary to successfully conduct real estate transactions, including detailed home sales process training, MLS usage, client interaction coaching, marketing best practices, and general wisdom that can only be acquired through decades of experience.
Full support for your sales efforts will be provided by our Marketing and Administrative team who are available on a full time basis. This includes marketing materials design, contact database support, social media support, email marketing campaigns, networking event updates and individual written content assistance.
You are required to be licensed with New York State as a Real Estate Salesperson, having taken and successfully completed the qualifying licensing exam.
