The Great Creek Marina would be stationed on the East shore specifically for tourism and a resort like feel that would be located by Gateway National Park. The plan also includes a Cultural hub where locals can enjoy, outdoor activities such as biking, kayaking, and a concert hall.
The Tech Campus on the west shore will include “High paying technology jobs” and will evolve over the coming years. The last aspect of this vision will include the “Staten Island City” where locals can enjoy new restaurants and nightlife.
